IC No-Fog

IC No-Fog is a thermally-cured anti-fog treatment that reduces the water droplets' surface tension, causing them to disperse into an invisible, continuous thin sheet that provides clear and fog free vision.

 

Application:

IC No-Fog coating can be used wherever surface fogging is an issue. Typical applications are ophthalmic lenses, safety goggles, face shields, sports eyewear and industrial applications.

IC No-Fog can be applied to a large variety of materials including CR-39, polycarbonate, acrylic, Trivex, Hi-Index plastics and glass substrates. IC No-Fog coating can be applied to clear, tinted or polarized substrates.

Breath Fog Test - No fog formation after direct breathing on the coated surface.

Hot & Moist Air Test - No fog formation after exposing to a hot, moist environment.

Freeze Test - No fog formation after transferring from cold conditions to a humid environment.
