iCoat's Technology Licensing Program

iCoat's technology licensing program grants a licensee the rights to utilize iCoat's proprietary anti-reflective (AR) and hardcoat coating technologies, patents, know-how and methods of manufacturing optical lens coatings. The flexibility of this program is particularly valuable to customers who want to remain independent of lens manufacturers' coating technologies yet compete head-on with all of the similar offerings from the lens vendors with their own private labeled products.

Years of experience has enabled our processes to maintain extremely high yields and low breakages. Our continuous running rate stands at breakages of less than 1.0 % compared to industry standards averaging at 4.0% to 5.0%.

We are engaged with our customers from initial planning of the coating department, equipment selection and layout, testing, and training, through production implementation and launch. Post launch we support our customers with continuous improvements including process optimizations, follow-up monitoring, quality assurance, continuous lens testing, and auditing.
